Can the S&S Formula system be applied while water is actively flowing?
Yes. Our S&S Formula system is engineered specifically for active hydrostatic water ingress. Seal Smart High-Performance Rubber Sealant tracks the water pathways under controlled pressure and triggers the targeted polymerization reaction inside the crack to arrest the flow.
Is excavation required to reach external structural walls?
Not always. In suitable applications we treat the structure from the access side by drilling calibrated injection ports through to the fissure or substrate interface, which may reduce the need for excavation — subject to site assessment. Some situations still require external access.
Are your teams qualified for rail possession and night works?
Yes. Seal Smart holds verified RISQS approval. Our engineers hold PTS (Personal Track Safety), CSCS, and COSS competencies, allowing us to deliver safety-critical trackside, tunnel, and station possession works nationwide.
