We seal the water path at the source

Seal Smart is an injectable waterproofing system. Rather than managing a leak once it has reached the surface, our formular travels into the structure and seals the water path itself — permanently.

The process

  1. 1

    Survey

    We survey the structure, trace the water path and assess access, water pressure and condition before specifying the right injectable system.

  2. 2

    Injection

    Packers are drilled and set into the crack, joint or void. Our formular is then injected under high pressure, penetrating deep into the structure.

  3. 3

    Sealing

    The formular travels along the water path and reacts with the moisture present,

    Guarantee

    The installation is documented and fully guaranteed, with a specification written for the structure in front of us.
