Farringdon Project: Concrete Slab & Wall Leak Remediation
Structural joint injection and tie-bolt water ingress repair under dynamic hydrostatic pressure. Targeted S&S Formula chemical injection stopped running water at the slab-wall interface from the internal access side, avoiding external excavation.

Slab Fissure Drilling Under Artesian Water Head

Vertical Core Penetration & Borehole Preparation

High-Pressure Injection Probe & Sealant Displacement
1. The Challenge
Continuous hydrostatic water transmission through subterranean concrete floor slab joints and wall kicker interfaces. High water table pressure caused uncontrolled ponding across the operational sub-base.
2. Investigation
Diagnostic mapping revealed compromised day joints and failed formwork tie-rod seals. Core moisture testing confirmed active water paths running through the concrete matrix under continuous hydraulic head.
3. Solution (Rev04)
Deployment of Seal Smart's S&S Formula system. Low-viscosity Seal Smart High-Performance Rubber Sealant was injected under controlled high pressure via mechanical packers, triggering the targeted waterproofing reaction to seal the water pathways inside the structure.
4. Verified Result
Active water ingress arrested at the slab interface. Internal access-side delivery reduced disruption and eliminated the need for external perimeter excavation, leaving a stable, dry structural slab.
